Whether we are aware of it or not, as business owners, we already have brand touchpoints where customers interact with our brand in different ways.

It takes time to build a brand. If a customer cannot see your logo anywhere, it is of little use. Printing a visual identity is meaningless if people only glance at it once before forgetting about it.

A frequent strategy to draw customers is to provide a discount for a set amount of time at a specified percentage. People are more likely to make a purchase if they are aware of the worth of a good or service and see how the discount might be beneficial. A brand may eventually become associated with discounts if it gives too often, which is not always a good thing. If there is no discount, people won’t buy and will instead wait for the next promotion. Blog can be a very powerful tool not only to convey message, but to attract traffic through SEO and build credibility as certain topic authority, which means its a great brand touchpoint and may lead to sales convertion.
