It’s normal to eagerly start designing just to find out that you overlooked a critical information which will drag the project another week. Here are the list of most commonly designed item for branding and promotion. Just click and we’ll show you what people usually put in their design:
YOU NEED THIS INFO
BOX / LABEL STICKER / POUCH PACKAGING
For product packaging design, you need the following content:
- Type of sticker used (important to know color limitation)
- Size (in mm x mm)
- Brand Logo (preferably .ai file, .pdf or .png is acceptable)
- Official language (if multilanguage, what language?)
- Product commercial name (not the same as brand name)
- Product description (concise and clear)
- Product technical spec (if relevant)
- Variant type (if any: flavor, color, etc)
- Product features (i.e : no msg, natural product, etc)
- Related images (high resolution, usually >1MB)
- Net Volume or Weight (in ml or gram)
- Nutrition facts (from lab: for food products)
- Ingredients (for consumable & applied products):
- How to prepare / use / eat (if relevant):
- Price (optional: include local and international price)
- Barcode (for each SKU: only for retail product)
- Need an empty space for the expiry date? (Exp date, Manufactured Date, Batch No)
- Certificate logo or code (Halal, NOT no, MAL no etc)
- Co name and co address (Produced by or Manufactured for)
- Manufacturer name and address (only for certain certified product)
- Storage instruction (only for certain certified product)
- Social media (facebook, instagram, youtube, tiktok, etc)
- Website (if possible with QR Code)
- Contact info (email, phone, hotline)
- Brand or product story (optional)

PROMOTIONAL E-POSTER / FLYER
For promotional design, you need the following:
- Poster type (digital e-poster / printed A5 flyer etc)
- Brand Logo (preferably .ai file, .pdf or .png is acceptable)
- Official language (if multilanguage, what language?)
- Title (catchy, concise title)
- Subtitle (concise and clear)
- Product / service name (if relevant)
- Product / service description (if relevant)
- Product / service features (i.e : no msg, natural product, etc)
- Product / service benefits (i.e : help reduce weight, etc)
- Product / service images (high resolution, usually >1MB)
- Certificate logo or code (Halal, NOT no, MAL no etc)
- How to purchase / apply / prepare / use / eat (if relevant)
- Credibility boost (testimonials, list of clients, years of experience etc)
- Validity date (for promotion duration)
- Scarcity (if relevant: i.e limited to 100 customers only)
- Call to action (what user should do after reading poster)
- Price (normal price, discount price, bulk price, combo price, etc)
- Need an empty space for agent contact info? (White space for stamping)
- Social media (facebook, instagram, youtube, tiktok, etc)
- Website (if possible with QR Code)
- Contact info (email, phone, hotline)
- Brand or product story (optional)

EVENT E-POSTER / FLYER
For event design (including training, seminar, program) you need the following content:
- Poster type (digital e-poster / printed A5 flyer etc)
- Brand Logo (preferably .ai file, .pdf or .png is acceptable)
- Co-organizers Logo (preferably .ai file, .pdf or .png is acceptable)
- Official language (if multilanguage, what language?)
- Event Title (catchy, concise title)
- Subtitle (concise and clear)
- Event description (short and inviting)
- Event highlight (featuring product, promo, celeb)
- Learning points (if relevant)
- Related images (high resolution, usually >1MB)
- Date and Day
- Time
- Location
- Speakers (if relevant)
- Speaker photo (high resolution, usually >1MB)
- Validity date (for promotion duration)
- Scarcity (if relevant: i.e limited to 100 participants only)
- Call to Action (what user should do after reading poster)
- Registration link (shorten link, with QR Code)
- Price (normal price, discount price, bulk price, combo price, etc)
- Need an empty space for agent contact info? (White space for stamping)

- Official language (if multilanguage, what language?)
- Company name
- Company SSM no
- Premise registration no (by municipal authority)
- Shorten description of business (concise and clear)
- Product / service images (high resolution, usually >1MB)
- Certificate logo or code (for certain premise: i.e pharmacy)
- Website (if possible with QR Code)
- Brief Contact info (email, phone, hotline)
