Refund Policy

Because we invest significant time and expertise in every project, we’ve established a refund policy that ensures fairness and transparency for all parties.

1. Project Deposits and Initiation Fees
To secure resources and begin work on your project, we require an initial deposit. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers early planning, consultation, and the initial strategic and design work involved in bringing your project to life.

2. Refund Eligibility
As a service-based agency, refunds are available under specific conditions, particularly in cases where work has not yet begun, or if project expectations cannot be reasonably met due to unforeseen circumstances. Please read below for details on eligibility:

  • Work Not Started: If you wish to cancel a project before any work has commenced, a refund of the deposit, less a processing fee, may be provided.
  • Milestone-Based Work: If we operate on a milestone basis (such as Discovery, Design, and Development stages), refunds may be considered for stages that have not yet begun.
  • Unavoidable Circumstances: If Alev Global Sdn. Bhd. cannot deliver the agreed-upon scope of work due to unforeseen internal issues, a fair portion of the fees may be refunded, based on the scope completed.

3. Ineligible Refund Conditions
We believe in the value of our services, and once significant work has begun, refunds are generally not offered due to the nature of design, branding, and web development projects. The following situations are typically not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind or wish to discontinue the project after work has started, refunds are not available. We encourage all clients to carefully review project details before proceeding.
  • Completed Work or Deliverables: Any fees associated with completed work or deliverables are non-refundable. Our team commits significant resources to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Scope Changes or Additions: Changes in scope that go beyond the original agreement are billed separately, and any additional fees incurred are not refundable.

4. Requesting a Refund
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund based on the criteria above, we invite you to follow these steps:

  • Contact Your Project Manager: Open a discussion with your project manager to review your concerns. We’re committed to open communication and will work with you to address any issues.
  • Formal Request: If further action is needed, send a written request outlining your reason for the refund to alevglobalsb@gmail.com.
  • Review Process: Our team will review your request, evaluate the completed scope of work, and respond within 7 business days.

5. Alternative Solutions
At Alev Global Sdn. Bhd. / Tetikus, we prioritize client satisfaction and strive to provide meaningful results. In situations where a refund may not be possible, we’re happy to explore alternative solutions, such as:

  • Project Adjustments: We’re open to discussing adjustments to the project scope or deliverables to better align with your needs.
  • Additional Revisions: Depending on the stage of the project, additional revisions may be offered to help meet your expectations.
  • Credits Toward Future Work: In some cases, we can apply partial credit from your project toward future work with Alev Global Sdn. Bhd. /Tetikus.

6. Custom and Unique Work
Branding, design, and website services involve highly customized work crafted specifically for each client’s unique goals. As such, completed work and intellectual property delivered under your project remain non-refundable. We are committed to delivering results you can proudly use and stand behind, and we ask for your partnership in maintaining this high standard.

7. Policy Updates
We may periodically update our refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency. Should changes be made, we will communicate these on our website, and we recommend clients review this policy regularly.
